Outputs of the product and content on this site are not financial, investment, credit, legal, tax or accounting advice, and are not a recommendation or solicitation to enter into any transaction. You should obtain your own professional advice before acting.
3. Early-stage product
Underwriter AI is an early-stage prototype. It has known limitations, and its enterprise controls (such as access control, tenant isolation, persistence and redaction) are still in development. It is not certified or cleared for any particular regulatory use, and roadmap features described on the site are planned, not guaranteed.
4. Accuracy and AI limitations
The product uses automated reasoning and AI models, which can be incomplete or wrong. Findings carry confidence indicators and low-confidence items are surfaced for human judgment rather than asserted. Nothing the product outputs should be relied on without independent human verification.
5. Illustrative content
Examples on this website — including company names, figures, transcripts and on-screen analysis (for example the "Atlas" / "Meridian Logistics" scenarios) — are illustrative and fictional, used to demonstrate how the product works. They do not represent real deals, real people or actual results, and metrics shown are for demonstration.
6. No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the product and site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the product or on any content of this site. Use of the product in a live workflow is governed by the relevant pilot or services agreement.
